The divine you make, not steal

The Aetherion is a majestic, glowing divine tied to the Angels & Demons biome, but most of the time you don't steal it. You fuse it. In every same-size comparison we've seen, it beats the two divines it's made alongside, the Archangel and the World Burner. One creator called it "the craziest pet of all" and "probably how you're going to get the best pet in the game", and until the Royal Sky Whale arrived, it was.

Income readings

Copy Income
Admin-gifted egg $6B
Combined angel + demon egg $6.7B
Large, unmutated (estimated) ~$200B
Large, Silver $243B
Large, Golden $500B
Large, Scrambled $557B
Large, Rainbow $710B
Admin-size, Scrambled $29.1T

The large-copy readings come from a test where each mutation was applied to the same egg, which is how we measured Silver ~1.2x, Golden ~2.5x, Scrambled ~2.75x and Rainbow ~3.5x.

How to get an Aetherion

Method 1: waterfall fusion. At the very back of the map there's a waterfall, which becomes a lava fall on the demon side. Take one of your divines, jump in with a friend who's carrying another divine, and the two fuse into an Aetherion egg. This needs two divines and a cooperative friend, so it's an endgame move.

Method 2: combine an angel egg and a demon egg. Angels & Demons eggs come in angelic and demonic versions, and combining one of each produced an Aetherion egg for one creator, who called themselves "the world's first" to do it. Theirs came out at $6.7B, a small copy, but a real one.

There's also an invisible, unreleased egg in the Angels & Demons nest that some players have spotted. Ignore it; it isn't obtainable.

Hatching

The Aetherion egg takes about 18 hours. One player paid "almost 300 Robux just because" to skip it. If you're patient, plant it at dusk. Before hatching, spend your Scrambled potions and Enchanted Essence on it, because it multiplies well.

Aetherion vs Archangel vs World Burner

In a same-size admin test with Scrambled on all three:

  • Archangel: 19.6T
  • World Burner: 19.6T
  • Aetherion: 29.1T

And in a large-egg mutation test: Aetherion $710B rainbow vs World Burner $500B and Archangel $227B. Whichever way you measure it, the Aetherion is about 1.5x the others. That's why fusing two spare Angels & Demons divines into one Aetherion can be a net gain, even though you lose two pets.

Is the fusion worth it?

It depends on what you put in. Two small divines fusing into one big Aetherion is a clear win. Two big, mutated divines might be worth more as a pair in your pen than one Aetherion; fusion re-rolls size, as the Fuse Machine does. Check your Equip Best total before and after in the income calculator.

If you have two Royal Sky Whales, don't fuse them into anything except the Spirit World Guardian.
