How to reach us
The best way to contact the Steal an Egg Wiki team is by email:
We read every message. We are a small fan project, so replies usually take between one and five days. Messages about errors on the site or legal requests are handled first.
Please write in English or Chinese. Both are fine.
What to write to us about
Corrections and outdated numbers
Steal an Egg updates almost every week, and a value that was right last month can be wrong today. If you see an income figure, speed requirement, price, hatch time or mutation multiplier that no longer matches the game, please tell us. To help us fix it quickly, include:
- The page link (for example the pet database entry or the biome page).
- What the page says and what you see in the game.
- A screenshot, a short clip, or a YouTube link with a timestamp showing the correct value.
- Roughly when you saw it, since some values change between updates.
We verify every correction before publishing it. If we cannot confirm a number, we may add a note to the page instead of changing the value.
Missing pets, biomes, events or items
If a new pet, biome, boss, event or item has been added to Steal an Egg and it is not on the wiki yet, send us the name and anything you know about it: which biome it comes from, the rarity, its income, and how you got it. New content is the hardest part of keeping a guide current, so tips from players are very welcome.
Guide ideas and feedback
Tell us what you would like to read. Many of our guides started as questions from players, such as how to progress without Robux or how to protect your base from thieves. If a guide was confusing, too long, or missing a step, we want to know that too.
Content creators
If you make Steal an Egg videos and are happy for us to use your footage as a source, we would love to hear from you. We credit and link every source video on our videos page. If you would prefer that we do not reference your videos, email us and we will remove the links.
Copyright and takedown requests
Steal an Egg Wiki is an unofficial fan site. Game names, pets, artwork and other game assets belong to their respective owners, and we use them for commentary, guides and reference. If you are a rights holder and believe that something on this site infringes your rights, please email us with:
- Your name and contact details, and the rights you hold.
- A link to the specific page and a description of the material.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
We will review the request promptly and remove or change the material where appropriate. More details are in our terms of use and disclaimer.
Privacy questions
If you have a question about how this site handles data, cookies or advertising, or you would like to exercise a privacy right, see our privacy policy first, then email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. We do not run accounts or collect sign-ups, so in most cases there is no personal data on our side to look up, but we will answer every request.
Advertising and partnerships
We do not sell rankings, reviews or tier list placements, and we do not publish paid content disguised as guides. For other partnership or advertising questions, email us and include details about your project.
What we cannot help with
Please note that we are players, not the developers of Steal an Egg and not Roblox staff. We cannot:
- Restore lost pets, eggs, Robux or progress.
- Unban accounts or review moderation decisions.
- Fix bugs in the game or answer questions about upcoming updates that have not been announced.
- Trade, sell or give away pets, accounts or in-game items.
For account, purchase or moderation problems, use Roblox Support or the official channels of the game's developers. For bugs, the developers' official community server is usually the fastest place to report them.
Stay safe
We will never ask for your Roblox password, a login code, or payment. Anyone who contacts you claiming to be from the Steal an Egg Wiki and asking for these is not us. Be careful with "free Robux" or "free divine pet" offers in any Steal an Egg community. They are scams.
Before you send
Many questions are already answered on the site. You may find what you need faster in the beginner guide, the tier list, the calculators, or our about page, which explains how we collect and check our numbers.
Thanks for helping us keep the Steal an Egg Wiki accurate.
