The spooky favourite

The Skeleton Horse is a bony, glowing eternal from the Angels & Demons biome, a skeletal steed that several creators call their favourite pet: "That's a skeleton horse. Wait, this one's insane… I think it's my favourite pet so far." It's also one of the eternals with the highest average value, and it shows up regularly during Admin Abuse.

Income readings

Copy Income
Silver (small) $1.5B
Mutated (100-day series) $3.5B
Average (hatch-every-egg run) $16B

Skeleton Horse eggs get enormous: a divine hunter stole a 1.1 million kg one ("Another massive egg. 1.1 million kg. Skeleton horse. I'm too good at this video game.") and found two in the same nest a few minutes later. With that kind of weight, mutated copies easily push into the tens of billions.

How to get one

  • Angels & Demons nests (20B speed). Eternal spawns are announced.
  • Admin Abuse spawns. Skeleton Horses are a frequent admin drop, and they're often big. "Look at this thing, bro. Oh my gosh. We need this."
  • Red Light Green Light. One Admin Abuse ended with a silver Skeleton Horse as the last mini-game prize. Its owner was disappointed it came out at $1.5B: "That's so bad."
  • Steal from other players. In a server with a hacker, one player grabbed an eternal Skeleton Horse purely so the cheater wouldn't get it.

Players at well under 20B have stolen them by running fast and early: "I think we're faster than him. This is my first skeleton horse."

Skeleton Horse vs other eternals

On averages it beats the Lunar Dragon, Oni Tiger and Pegasus, and it's comparable to a mid-size Gorilla King or Celestial Sun Lion. Its ceiling with huge eggs is among the best of any eternal. We rank it A tier.

Tips

  • Don't fight for tiny ones. A small silver Skeleton Horse at $1.5B isn't worth losing a better egg over.
  • Big ones are slow to carry. A 1M+ kg egg needs a speed buffer or the drop trick.
  • Mutate the big one. It's a strong Scrambled or Enchanted target if it's your heaviest egg.

Fun fact

The Skeleton Horse fits the Extinction egg's "skeletal" theme, but it's a separate pet. It's not part of the skeletal reroll that gives the Skeletal Sabertooth. You can get Skeleton Horses without spending a single Robux.

Skeleton Horse FAQ

Is it worth contesting in Red Light Green Light? Only if the egg looks big. One player won a small silver one at $1.5B and was disappointed.

How fast do I need to be? The biome sign is 20B, but Admin Abuse spawns often appear when lots of players are around, so a weapon matters as much as speed.
